Computervision´s Direction in Workstation Technology

Computervision has developed a new generation of engineering workstations, offering multiple applications and fully integrated with other CAE/CAD/CAM systems. Computervision believes that multi-application integration and worldwide quality service is the key to workstation success in the 80´s. This presentation centers on the justification for workstations and explores 6 of the initial workstation application packages, as well as the standard hardware and software system. System integration and communication are addressed.
