Abstract
The people at the rescue center focus their targets as the simulations proceed. Simulation tools that are best suited for the situations have been selected. This paper presents a framework that bridges simulations that have been developed independently and have different resolutions. Using two different simulations related rescue fields, a prototype simulation is presented and comparison between our approach and approaches based on HLA is discussed.
