Abstract :
In recent years, wireless telecommunications have become more important. While signal processing and coding is important for wireless telecommunication, multiple input multiple-output (MIMO) channel characterization is a major factor to improve the performance. This paper will focus on MIMO channel characterization and optimization. The characterization of the MIMO channel in different scenarios and operating-frequency bands is a crucial factor in the design of new systems and standards.
