A huge sum of data for variables such as home ground performance, inevitable environment of non resident countries, future expectation, ratio´s, win & lose, played matches ratio, decade wise & year wise goal´s has been collected in sports databases over a period of time. The team has played international trophies match since 1972. Spectators of black caps may always be inquisitive to find reasons of its success. This research is focused on statistical analysis of above variables data. Its findings could enable us to see how the blackcaps played with high success rate as compared to its rivals. Primarily decade wise data collection has been done to assess the team´s best & worst performance in home ground & external pitch of cricket. These results also showed characteristics of black caps against its opponents in world champion Trophies from 1975.
