Abstract
The paper provides an overview of the industry guidelines, project guidelines, and the API compendium, and highlights some of the key features of the SANGEAtrade software system to track and manage GHG emissions and energy consumption information. By working toward consistent standards for GHG emissions estimating, our industry demonstrates its commitments toward environmental improvements and provides a foundation for future cooperative efforts among petroleum industry companies, policy makers, and other industries to address this important issue.
