  • Abstract
This work proposes an approach which allows achieving an optimal and reactive tactical planning of an entity within a supply chain in the presence of uncertain parameters. Our approach is based on a two level decisional structure. The first level carries out an aggregate planning by minimizing the overall production costs. It then establishes ldquoa guiding planrdquo which is transmitted to the detailed level. The latter makes its planning and follows ldquoas well as possiblerdquo the guiding plan. It also takes into account the constraints ignored at the higher level. The detailed level adopts a dynamic planning process which enables to update data at each planning step in order to ensure the reactivity of the decision making process, thus facing disturbances and uncertainties. Numerical experiments are carried out in order to assess the impact of the guiding plan on the reactivity property.
