Abstract :
This paper study the effects of probe and pump wavelengths on the achievement of a given extinction ratio on the probe signal, and had shown how the probe and pump wavelengths change gain recovery time and required injected pump power, which are the two important parameters of SOA dynamics and thus this study could be helpful in high speed applications.
