Abstract
The recent explosion in the range, power, diversity and complexity of information technologies renders obsolete traditional `cookbook´ approaches to application development methodology. This paper presents an innovative methodology framework that integrates the various disciplines involved in developing total business solutions, and provides a model for implementing the framework within the context of a process management program
