Abstract :
A friction hoist sliding protection system(FHSPS) which taking use of Siemens S7-300 and WinCC configuration software is designed in this paper. According to the probation in a coal mine of Qidong, China, any mistaken action is find since putting into use, it not only can alarm the sliding malfunction, but also can brake the wirerope and cage while the malfunction comes up.
