  • Abstract
In order to suppress the vibration of piezoelectric plate effectively, the minimal control synthesis (MCS) algorithm based on Popov´s criterion method is used to suppress vibration of a simple plate. The state equations of piezoelectric plate first-order and second-order mode are set up by experiment. The reference model is determined by LQR method. Simulation results show that the method have faster convergence, good robustness performance and strong anti-interference ability whether transient disturbances excitation or persistent disturbances excitation.
