Abstract
We have developed EJXMVTool device configuration software for flow application both on EDDL and FDT/DTM environment. We will report the detail features by application example. The difference derives from their way and they can complement each other...The advantage we found on FDT/DTM environment is EJXMVTool can be developed as an additional module inside DTM software component. This can offer benefits for user regarding project data management, management during plant lifecycle and interoperability. FDT/DTM can take an important role for asset management and configuration of intelligent device. We hope this analysis helps for future improvement of device management technology.
