Abstract
The aim of this article is to determine the most important elements in designing and founding a Web site which is one of the instances of new product development (NPD) in information technology (IT) surroundings. It has been used a three phased approach, which is related to quality function deployment (QFD), Kano model and analytical network process (ANP). This integrated process helps to define the necessary factors of the intended problem, improve them and deal with the priorities in problem structure by considering both intra and interrelationships due to their importance. Finally, the most critical subjects in a case of Web-designing can be recognized.
