Abstract :
As power systems are loaded heavily, voltage security assessment is becoming more important for transmission planning studies. Since voltage stability is a problem related to maximum power transfer, the computation of loadability limits and the determination of secure operation limits become increasingly important aspect of voltage stability assessment.
