The Foundation on the Evaluation System of Technical Transformation Investment for Idle Fixed Assets in the Petroleum Enterprises

This paper takes improving economic benefit after technical transformation on idle fixed assets of petroleum enterprises for purpose, takes use of a study method that technical management and investment management on fixed assets of petroleum enterprises are combined, draws lessons from retrofit investment evaluation index on idle fixed assets of foreign advanced petroleum enterprises, establishs a special evaluation index system for retrofit investment on idle fixed assets of petroleum enterprises, and uses fuzzy comprehensive judgement method to make a exploratory research for improving retrofit investment evaluation system for idle fixed assets of petroleum enterprises.
