Abstract :
As the development of expressway in our country at high speed, the database of expressway toll collection matured gradually both in technique and theory, meanwhile established a foundation for collection and analysis of traffic volume information. Firstly, introduction have been made about general investigation method of link traffic volume and pointed out its deficiency in this paper. After that, provided a calculated algorithm in deal with link traffic volume based on the database of expressway loading based toll collection. Make use of export traffic flow, earned toll, information of loading based toll collection and calculation model of toll collection to established a whole-line link traffic volume digital model. Finally, tested and verified the calculation method with the application of Yunnan expressway loading based toll collection in this method. Provided a reliable scientific method in calculation of link traffic volume for the people engaged in traffic control, traffic planning, economic evaluation and so on, although it have guiding significance for the prediction of expressway traffic volume in the future.
