Abstract :
This paper is to build a reliable simulation model which is useful for the design of hydro-pneumatic suspension. To get a right simulation model, a test platform based on hydro-pneumatic suspension was set, several damping pores with different sizes are used in the experiment, pressures on both sides of damping pore and force on piston rod were collected. The simulation model of hydro-pneumatic suspension was built based on the test platform, and the simulation model was proved by the experimental data. The indicator diagram, displacement characteristic diagram and velocity characteristic figure were plotted according to the simulation result. The simulation model of front hydro-pneumatic suspension in 50 ton mine car was created, the design parameters was checked and influence of different damping pores to vibration damping characteristic was compared. The research can effectively help the design of hydro-pneumatic suspension.
