Abstract :
Starting from innovative management prospective, in connection to construction energy-saving gap, and with construction energy-saving chain management as theme, this paper studies the characteristic of innovative management of construction energy-saving and how to organize and operate in Chinese architecture industry. Basic on system control theory, author introduced status parameters (variables) of construction energy-saving and constructed model of inner structure of construction energy-saving by mathematic description. Basic on features of energy-saving chain management, the paper discusses the applicability of this management mode in China.
