Abstract :
Charging of service usage is one of the most important tasks of service providers in their operation and process. Reconfigurahle charging control and management are especially important issues for service provider and user in NGN. The research aims at the reconfigurable charging architecture, which provides flexible charging according to pricing policy, sharing revenue on basis of apportioning policy and customizing billing, related an adaptive service platform. The new Parlay/OSA API is requirement for support the reconfigurable charging architecture.
