Abstract :
At present, the decoration pollutant for indoor environment has caused great concern. Based on the pollutants widely existing in indoor air, benzene, toluene and paraxylene were regarded as the experimental object in this paper. Six families had been chosen to monitor their indoor air by GC in Taiyuan. It was concluded that the transnormal items accounted for 55.6% of total monitoring projects. And in every monitoring point, there was one transnormal item at least; meanwhile, the concentration of paraxylene exceeded the standard value seriously, its concentration was the standard value´s 70 times; moreover, the concentration of pollutant in living room was higher than the standard value seriously, but in other points the concentration of pollutant is low, its transnormal items in living room accounted for 30% of total monitoring projects. The results also showed that the benzene and benzene compounds was the main pollutants. In general, their concentrations exceeded the standard value in indoor air, so the prevention and regulation should be enhanced.
