Abstract :
With the development of society and technology, the operation methods of industrial production are changing gradually from artificial operation to automation and intellectualization. The way of the artificial tool changer is still used in most of enterprises. While, not only the efficiency of the way is low, but also the precision is low. In the recent years, in order to meet the needs of production, the automatic tool changer system is playing more and more important roles. This topic is ZhenJiang industrial science and technology support project. The project is based on the parameters of special-shaped screw of CNC milling machine of JiangSu QiHang NC limited company to design the automatic tool changer. Based on this, a new automatic tool changer is designed and controlled in the paper.
