Abstract :
The authors analyzed the fundamental principle of sound wave and the subjective evaluation of noise. According to the kinematics of machine tool, we analyzed the producing mechanism and main influence factors of machine tool firstly, then analyzed and measured the milling noise of internal gear milling machine tool, and get the main influence factors of gear noise were from meshing basic frequency and high frequency in the milling process. Finally, the authors analyzed the feasibility of controlling noise by means of changing the milling parameters.
