Abstract

By analyzing the current research status of data warehouse and data mining, the author proposes the practical application of data mining technology in customer segmentation under the data environment of telecommunication industry in this paper. Considering the data warehouse management in large data set, the author analyzes a customer segmentation system in telecom industry based on cluster analysis, finishes the design of the general structure and function structure of the system, and develops data module, customer segmentation module and maintenance management module.
