Abstract :
Engineering design is to solve complex, multi-solution problems. Access to the scheme as much as possible, and then choosing the best solution by evaluating is an important idea to reasonable design. Before making the scientific decision on a product or technical scheme, we should determine its evaluation target as the basis of evaluating first. Then we give the quantitative evaluation according to the evaluation target, and select the reasonable scheme of value optimization. Aiming at the diversity and uncertainty of decision schemes on mechanical products, it has been established the fuzzy mathematical model of multi-attribute set pair analysis by the application of set pair analysis theory. The model took into account various factors which affect the overall performance of the product, through the analysis and calculation schemes are given the merits of the order. Examples show that this method is simple, the optimization results accord with the actual condition. The scheme decision is regarded as a kind of effective method.
