This paper focused on the delineation of boundary between farming and animal husbandry regions in China, analyzed and summarized with reference to previous studies conducted, and based on previous studies, conducted an in-depth analysis of the agricultural line by using variables including fertilizer utilization, plastic film usage, the local crop planting area, the local grain and meat output and other social variables. And at the end, used Gi* Statistic method to determine the line to separate agriculture and animal husbandry activities in China. Noteworthy, the data used for this study were based on a county wise level.
