Abstract :
This paper makes a detailed analysis of purchasing management, pointing out the existing problems and optimizing the process, to improve the quality and reduce the cost of purchasing. Inventory management is also studied by elaborating the quantitative ordering method and its application in engineering; analyze the inventory cost control of construction enterprises with respect to supplier and inventory information management. With the purpose of reducing logistics cost, helping the construction enterprise increased profit.
