Management Pattern of Self-Made Equipment Entire Process in Manufacturing Enterprise Based on Knowledge Management

From the perspective of process management of self-made equipment in manufacturing enterprise, this paper analyzes shortages of the existing equipment management patterns, with the combination of knowledge management idea and method, establishes the knowledge management pattern of self-made equipment entire process in manufacturing enterprise, studies the expression way of knowledge objectives, knowledge acquisition approach and knowledge diffusion and sharing method, which exist in the process of the equipment´s design and maintenance, and finally, resolves knowledge cohesion and feedback problem between equipment design, operation and maintenance processes.
