Abstract :
This paper investigates the fuzzy controller design method for a synchronous generator with time-varying delay subject to external disturbances attenuation. To describe the nonlinear behaviors, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to analyze the stability of the nonlinear system. And in order to consider the perturbations from load side or environment, we also consider the stochastic behaviors and external disturbance. In addition, the state time-varying delay effect on system is taken into account for compensating correctly regulation gains. Besides, the Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is used as the quadratic function that can represent the total energy of the system. Simulation results via applying the proposed method to the synchronous generator system are demonstrated to show that the system can be guaranteed to achieve strictly input passive and mean square stable via the designed fuzzy controller.
