For the past few years, the research findings on college students´ development under the guidance of socialist core values system have attracted extensive attention from the academic circle. All kinds of relevant researches have been made from different points of view by scholars, and fruitful achievements have been obtained. This paper tries to carry out classification and summarization to the research findings according to their categories, including ideological and political education, the values education, education on ideal and belief and ideological and ethical education, to promote the further development of theoretical researches.
