Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The combined mussel shelling machine united traditional reciprocating oscillatory motion with centrifuging smack of unshell principle of task, make ues of centrifuging power flap repeatedly to make wild-open flesh of mussel totally separated, and to incrsase opening rate of half-open or closed mussel, meanwhile using the sieving machine can make shell and flesh separated almost, let them touch with each other and jump from up and dow, so the flesh take off, and fall down from sieve pore, achieve shell and flesh separated away. What´more it avoide using high pressure water washing mussel which will influence mouthfeel of mussel.
