Abstract :
Vibration detecting about mechanical equipment is a effective way to judge the performance of machinery. According to failure of the vibrating screen´s motor shaft fracture, plate fracture, exciter destroy and so on, this article introduces the hardware and software of ZigBee wireless network test node based on CC2430 and accomplishes acquisition and smoothing of vibrating screen´s acceleration signal.
