Abstract :
According to the temperature properties and temperature control embodiment in the vitamin E molecular distillation installations, molecular distillation temperature intelligent logic control method is proposed. To detect the molecular distillation unit deviation and the deviation of the temperature change rate as the feedback signal, first we set up its logic control rules; then symbolic logic control rules to get a logic control expression; finally calculate the output state Boolean worth to reach the corresponding logic control quantity. This paper researches knifing type molecular distillation unit.
