Comprehensive measurement of the information level in central China

Through comparative analysis of the international different measurement methods of information levels, the paper established the evaluation index system for China´s information level, by using factor analysis methods, and the comprehensive evaluation for the six provinces on central China´s information level, It aims at developing information resources, training information technology professionals and accelerating the development of information industry. Through the development of information, information can be used to stimulate industrialization, to achieve effective integration between them, and can promote the policy suggestions of the central region´s growth.
