After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article gives an introduction on the concepts and features of u-learning, as well as the impact and application of u-learning in different aspects of postgraduate education, i.e. the study styles of students, the methodologies of teaching and the management of scientific research. The article also analyzes the legitimacy of the use of u-learning theory and emphasizes its importance in the postgraduate education and the ongoing reform. The aim is to discuss how to promote postgraduate education in u-learning environment in the future.
