As the development of the culture industry, the market of artworks is growing rapidly. “Artwork share trading”, as a new way of investment, attracts wide attention of the investors, which transforms the artwork investment from “the game of the rich” into the civilians. This new kind of investment makes more people available to invest in the market of artworks, which is an effective practice in culture and investment innovation. However, considering the current situation of the development of the Exchange of Cultural Products and Artworks, there are some problems and questions. Because of this, we should evaluate it rationally and consider how to regulate the Exchange of Cultural Products and Artworks. At last some suggestions are proposed.
