Abstract :
In order to improving auto crash simulation precision, the way which fine simulation of crash which forming results of auto-body panel is as initial condition by mapping is proposed. Combined with a new model of car crash tests, the method of conventional simulation model of crash into the fine simulation model of crash which meet the requirements through loading the forming results of auto-body stamping was Introduced. The results show that fine simulation of crash results closer to the real car crash results.
