Abstract :
The complex network dissemination dynamics model can describe by the Fokker-Plank equation. With the non-equilibrium fluctuation occurs in complex network parameters, the complex network Fokker-Plank´s equation solution will be significantly different to deterministic equations. It indicates that the fluctuations of the network parameter will produce an important effect on communication.
