Abstract :
The ultrasonic torsional vibration acoustic system is devised. The system consists of a ultrasonic generator, two longitudinal transducer, two longitudinal horn, a reverse horn and bearing components. It is of the vibration frequency 20.7 KHz and ultrasonic vibration amplitude 15 μm. The system is installed in the Lathe Slide to boring the precision deep hole. Ultrasonic generator has been improved because phase-locked tracking band-pass filter is made use of. It make better track of the cutting process, the system work stable, anti-interference ability, power output large and stable. The key features of a complex acoustic system design and commissioning are described.
