Low carbon consumption is critical to achieve low carbon economy and to ease the global warming. The formation of the low carbon consumption pattern requires the unity of consumers, producers and government. Consumers can purchase products from low carbon producers, which on the one hand, encouraging these producers to manufacture more goods, one the other hand, directly forming the low carbon consumption pattern. As to producers, their responsibility is to research and develop better manufacture technique, which helps to form the low carbon consumption pattern indirectly. In terms of government, it is required to make proper economic policies to promote low carbon consumption; additionally, it takes the lead in the low carbon consumption to directly contribute to the low carbon consumption pattern.
