A car central intelligent control system (CCICS) is a producible system based on rules. This paper discusses research on the design, composition and control strategy of CCICS and analyzes the procedure of control with a collision accident as an example. The research is intended to enhance the performance of the car and to study the way in which intelligent control technology can be applied to cars
