Distance learning is a important way of learning, it is a main way for civil and life education. This article outlines the main technical methods on distance educational system, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the the blended learning theory, this article designs a distance educational system which can support the teacher, learner and manager by combination of multiple technical methods.
