At present, the quality-oriented education is becoming more and more emphasized. This essay studies the idea of the Beijing humanistic Olympics featured human-centered, advance-harmony again, systematically analyzes the current situation of China´s recessive physical courses and their reasons and advances the countermeasure to construct our recessive curricular construction on physical courses under that idea.
