Abstract :
This decade is the epoch of hybrid vehicles. R&D institutes around the world contributing towards an optimized and energy efficient vehicles. This paper describes the harvesting techniques available around the existing sub-systems for an hybrid-automotive. The energy sources shall be vibration, Sun light, Wind, Brake, Heat etc., Intelligent sharing of available energy sources lead to a comprehensive and a versatile energy harvesting module conceptualized in a system perspective.
