Abstract :
In this paper, based on employment levels of the tertiary industry in Shanxi Province in 2008, the author predicts the third industry employment situation in the next 10 years by use of DYNAMO simulation model The paper uses VensimPLE simulation software to establish the tertiary industry employment circulation loop, and describes the interactive relationships between the economic development and the employment growth completely, at last, the paper puts forward the feasible scheme about employment growth.
