Abstract :
Basic on the analysis of relative movement between lining and wire rope of friction hoist, the forming principle of friction heat is introduced, and the distributing of the temperature of lining is simulated using ANSYS software. Finally, some new lining samples are tested on the test platform of lining´s friction machine, and the change of temperature on surface and inside the lining caused by the friction heat is discussed. The study provides the theoretical basis for further study on the control of lining temperature.
