Abstract
State-owned enterprise has played a very important role in China´s economic development, however, the development of state-owned enterprises is not all smooth sailing. One of the most important restricting the development of state-owned economy is the draining of key employees. Therefore, retaining key employees has already become a new urgent task in state-owned enterprises management. The thesis analyzed the major factors from various angles to the key staff, and put forward measures to retain key employees.
