Abstract :
An adaptive transmission scheme of MIMO-OFDM system based on MQAM and LDPC code is proposed. An transmit optimization algorithm to obtain an bit and power allocation is used which selects the MCS requiring only the mean and variance assuming the received LLR distribution as Gaussian. Simulation results show the performance of the proposed scheme is up to about 3dB better than other transmission schemes at the expense of a few bits in the feedback information.
