Abstract :
We have been studying ground-penetrating radars to visualize antipersonnel plastic landmines by treating amplitude and phase data of electromagnetic reflection and scattering by using a complex self-organizing map (CSOM). In this paper, we propose a new method, namely local correlation method, to extract feature quantity for higher performance.
