Abstract
The advantages of C2C e-commerce in Entrepreneurship embodied in: the external environment, the c2c industry, the operator and the consumer. The disadvantage of C2C e-commerce embodied in the same way. It is the countermeasures of improving c2c that create a good business environment based on c2c, establish the management mechanism of faithless punish and improve the logistics.
