Abstract :
The principium model of internal translation gear transmission was evolved from K-H-V planetary gear transmission. Utilizing the motion principle of parallelogram double-crank mechanism, the practical mechanism of K-H type of internal translation gear transmission was devised. The degree of freedom is just 1, so the determinate drive motion can be actualized. The transmission ratio is higher than K-H-V planetary gear transmission, so it has higher deceleration and acceleration performances. According to the structural characteristics of designed internal translation gear transmission, the man-machine interactive CAD system was developed by using VC++ platform, Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/TOOLKIT software package. With the dependable and steady work of this CAD system, the design efficiency of internal translation gear transmission can be greatly improved.
