Abstract :
This article provides a complete measurement and control system based on Lab View. By analyzing the characteristics of pipeline inspection robot, the hardware framework including NI PXI-7350 four-axis motion control card and the NI PXI-1411 image acquisition card is designed. The software framework of measurement and control system is put forward based on LabView. Building monitoring and control system communication layer, a very good solution to the upper and lower computer between communications. The NI motion control card and frame grabber not only simplifies the pipeline inspection robot hardware and software design, but also improve system performance.
